SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, So Farm So Good llc does not offer refunds on our products in our shop and via quotes. As for our services offered (such as designwork, photography, etc.), once estimate sheet and approval form has been signed by client, cancellations or refunds are not accepted except upon terms that will compensate So Farm So Good llc against lost.
Returns (if applicable)
Here at So Farm So Good llc, we want to make sure the customer receives their product in the best possible way. Returns are only accepted if the product has been damaged due to shipping. Customer is responsible to notify So Farm So Good llc within 48 hours of such incident. Customer will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. In some cases, customer will be required to ship defective product(s) back to So Farm So Good llc at their own expense and in an agreed upon reasonable time frame. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to So Farm So Good llc at the customer’s expense, So Farm So Good llc may reimburse the customer for shipping if a defect is determined to exist. Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless shipping company delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order. Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity and are at So Farm So Good llc discretion. Turnaround time begins after receipt of final proof approval. Final approval will only be accepted in written format. No verbal approvals will be accepted.
Our products are processed within 24-72 Hours and shipped using the following carriers: USPS, Fedex, and UPS . To return your product in an event that it was delivered defected, you should mail your product to: So Farm So Good llc, 5122 Carelin Dr., San Antonio, TX 78233. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to So Farm So Good llc at the customer’s expense, So Farm So Good llc may reimburse the customer for shipping if a defect is determined to exist. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking provided.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the package delivery. Once we receive your package and your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you in correcting this issue.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of So Farm So Good llc, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. So Farm So Good llc strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
